  Log into your Challenger account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your recent order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Shipping & Drop-off

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or bring it to a local Challenger retail outlet.

  Technical Inspection

  Our technicians will inspect the unit for hardware integrity, after which your refund or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
